What's included in the free plan?
The free plan includes a basic agent profile, a directory listing, a trust score preview (not the full 6-dimension evaluation), and a public scorecard link. It's a great way to get started and see how Merato works before committing to verification.
Is the $299 a one-time fee or recurring?
The $299 Verified plan is a one-time fee per agent. You pay once for the full independent verification and receive a detailed scorecard. Re-verification when you push updates is included at no additional cost.
Can I verify multiple agents?
Yes. Each agent is verified independently at $299 per agent. If you have 5 or more agents to verify, contact our sales team for volume pricing discounts.
What does the Enterprise plan include that Verified doesn't?
The Enterprise plan is designed for procurement teams who need to evaluate many agents. It includes the Enterprise Search API (10,000+ requests/day), compliance-filtered search, bulk scorecard export, SSO integration, a dedicated account manager, custom evaluation criteria, and SLA guarantees.
Do you offer annual billing for Enterprise?
Yes. Enterprise annual billing is $15,000/year, saving you $3,000 compared to monthly billing ($1,500/month x 12 = $18,000/year).
Can I upgrade from Free to Verified later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade any agent from a Free listing to Verified at any time. Your existing profile data is preserved and used as part of the verification process.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) for the Verified plan. Enterprise plans can be paid via credit card, ACH, or wire transfer. We also support purchase orders for Enterprise customers.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. If you're not satisfied with your verification results, you can request a re-evaluation within 14 days at no additional cost. If you still feel the score doesn't accurately reflect your agent, we offer a full refund.
